LASCANA USA in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a creative, curious and highly organized Intern to join our Product Development & Merchandising team. This hands-on role exposes you to the full product lifecycle—from initial concept and fittings to merchandising, marketing and customer experience.

You will work with international partners, analyze sales and reviews, support AI-powered imagery, and assist across Web, Marketing, B2B, catalogs and email.

Qualifications

• Current student or recent graduate in fashion, merchandising, product development, or a related creative field.
• Strong visual eye and exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Curious, proactive and comfortable working independently and across teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; basic Photoshop skills preferred.
• Fashion technical knowledge is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to lift, carry and organize samples up to 25 lbs.

The Opportunity

LASCANA USA is looking for a creative, curious and highly organized intern to join our Product Development & Merchandising team. This is a hands-on opportunity to experience how a fashion collection comes to life from initial product development and fittings to merchandising, marketing and the customer experience.

You’ll work across teams and with international partners and vendors, gaining exposure to the full product lifecycle and both the creative and commercial sides of fashion.
