Zusammenfassung

ConGlobal is seeking an Intermodal Equipment Operator to move shipping containers in our intermodal yard. You will operate hostlers, cranes, top loaders, and side loaders to load, unload, and relocate containers, ensuring safe, on-time freight movement.

This full-time role requires open availability (including weekends/holidays), a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Paid training, competitive pay, benefits, and long-term advancement are offered.

Qualifikationen

• Experience operating heavy equipment in logistics or industrial settings.
• A focus on safety and attention to detail.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
• Basic communication and teamwork abilities.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must pass background, physical, and drug screening.

Aufgaben

• Operate heavy equipment to load/unload containers from railcars and trucks.
• Drive hostlers to position containers and chassis in the yard.
• Use top loaders/side loaders/cranes to move and stack containers.
• Perform pre/post-use equipment inspections for safety.
• Coordinate moves with yard personnel and supervisors.
