Job summary

Schneider Intermodal is actively seeking qualified CDL drivers for intermodal haul with company-owned equipment across the regional network. Expect mostly no-touch, drop-and-hook freight with railyards and a stable pay structure that includes mileage and load pay, plus on-duty hourly pay when not driving.

New drivers receive a $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly installments in the first year, paid orientation, PTO after six months, six paid holidays per year, and an annual bonus up to 3%

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Tanker endorsement and HazMat endorsement are strongly preferred.
• Live within 25 miles of Williamsburg, VA.
• Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience.
