J.B. Hunt Transport, Inc. is seeking an Intermodal Internship in Lithia Springs, Georgia. This part-time role provides exposure to transportation and logistics services under close supervision, helping with daily operations and customer-related tasks.

The intern will learn freight planning, asset utilization, DOT compliance, driver payroll, and logistics analysis while supporting various account-specific duties as needed.

Qualifications

• GED or High School Diploma required.
• Must be able to work 20-25 hours per week during the school semester.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Assist with transportation/logistics services and daily operational tasks.
• Gain exposure to planning freight, asset utilization, and DOT compliance.
• Support driver payroll, logistics analysis, and performance reporting.
