ConGlobal Industries LLC is seeking an Intermodal Equipment Operator to support our intermodal yard operations in Kansas City. You will operate hostlers, cranes, top loaders, and side loaders to load, unload, and relocate containers, ensuring on-time freight movement.

The role requires open availability for all shifts, weekends, and holidays, plus a valid driver’s license. Training will include Groundman duties and safety-focused duties across yard operations.

Qualificações

• Experience operating heavy equipment in logistics or industrial settings.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Pass pre-employment background check, physical and drug screening.

Responsabilidades

• Operate heavy equipment to load/unload containers from railcars and trucks.
• Drive hostlers to position containers and chassis in the yard.
• Use top loaders, side loaders, and cranes to move and organize containers.
• Perform Groundman duties during training period and assist with railroad maintenance tasks.
• Inspect equipment before and after use for safety.
• Coordinate moves with yard personnel and supervisors.
• Maintain a safe work environment by following procedures.
