Qualifications

• Foreign education requires degree equivalency validation if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care in outpatient primary care.
• Conduct nursing assessments and develop care plans with the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses per VA guidelines.
• Document in EHR accurately and timely.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and team meetings.
