Job summary

Maris Grove by Erickson Senior Living in Glen Mills, PA, is seeking an Activities Associate (Intermissions Associate) to bring compassion to residents and families in our intermissions program, supporting those affected by dementia. Starts at $17 an hour, commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities include co-leading social activities, adopting person-centered approaches, designing creative programming, and assisting with daily operations such as mealtime and transport.

Qualifications

• Patience, flexibility, and the sincere interest and desire to work with residents affected by dementia.
• Programming/activity experience is preferred.
• Flexibility in work schedule to include evenings/weekends.
