Job summary

Erickson Senior Living is seeking an Activities Associate for Maris Grove in Glen Mills, PA. You will co-lead social activities for Intermission participants and deliver person-centered programming tailored to residents with dementia.

The role requires creativity, patience, and a willingness to work evenings and weekends. Compensation starts at $17/hour, with benefits and growth opportunities as part of a larger senior-living network.

• Programming/activity experience is preferred.
• Flexibility in work schedule to include evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Co-lead social activity-based programming for Intermission participants
• Adopt a person-centered approach and an environment that supports the needs of each individual resident
• Design and implement creative programming
• Assist in program operation by leading activities and transport residents to and from programs
• Engage in mealtime preparations
• Complete daily attendance records
• Attend in-services and other training to increase job knowledge and skills in working with participants

Location: Maris Grove by Erickson Senior Living Join our team as an Activities Associate (Intermissions Associate). In this role, you can bring their gift of compassion to our residents and family members in our intermissions program, who deal with the challenges of dementia. Compensation: Starts at $17 an hour, commensurate with experience.
