Enerflex is seeking an experienced welder to perform routine welding tasks in a structured environment in the United States. You will join, fabricate, and repair metal using MIG, TIG, flux-core or stick processes under moderate supervision.

Responsibilities include blueprints, cutting torches, fixture setups, safety, and teamwork to improve processes. Must pass required weld tests and meet physical requirements.

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of different types and sizes of pipe, structural and vessel materials.
• Must pass a 3G test for vessel/tower or 6G test pipe.
• Minimum of 1 year of related experience.
• Certification to weld on pipe or plate.

Aufgaben

• Uses metal core MIG, TIG, fluxcore or stick welding process.
• Ability to pass applicable tests and Non-Destructive Examination.
• Welds brackets and braces; positions pieces using jigs and fixtures; performs position welds on code materials.
• Proficient in flame and plasma cutting torches.
• Reads blueprints and operates basic cutting equipment.
• Promotes safety and teamwork; contributes to process improvements.
• Occasionally uses office equipment and drives occasionally.
• Welds according to Welding Procedure Specification and its parameters.
