Job summary

Grant Leading Technology is seeking an Intermediate ServiceNow/Nuvolo Developer to join our remote team supporting FAA FRAMES in a federal environment.

You will develop, configure, and integrate ServiceNow and Nuvolo solutions, including flows, forms, reports, and dashboards, while collaborating with senior staff and stakeholders. 8am–5pm EST, remote work with federal project requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT/CS or related field.
• 3–7 years of ServiceNow and enterprise app development experience.
• Hands-on ServiceNow development and configuration experience.
• Knowledge of tables, forms, workflows, notifications, reports, and dashboards.
• Experience with JavaScript, REST APIs, and integration tools.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery practices and SDLC tools.
• Ability to obtain US federal clearance or suitability.

Intermediate ServiceNow Developer

Remote

Grant Leading Technology is seeking a candidate for Intermediate ServiceNow / Nuvolo Developer to join our dynamic team. The candidate will support the development, configuration, integration, testing, maintenance, and enhancement of ServiceNow and Nuvolo solutions in a federal environment. This role independently develops and supports solutions for the FAA FRAMES platform, including workflows, forms, reports, dashboards, data, integrations, and technical documentation, while collaborating with senior developers, administrators, and functional stakeholders. The position will also support knowledge transfer, platform stabilization, and continuity activities as GLT assumes increased responsibility for the FRAMES environment.

This position will be remote, and the hours are 8 am to 5 pm EST.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, test, deploy, and maintain ServiceNow and Nuvolo solutions supporting FAA FRAMES business requirements
• Configure and enhance forms, fields, tables, views, notifications, reports, dashboards, application settings, and related platform components
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow Flow Designer flows, workflows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, upstream – downstream system integrations and other platform configurations
• Configure and enhance Nuvolo applications and workflows supporting FAA FRAMES business processes
• Translate approved business and functional requirements into maintainable ServiceNow/Nuvolo technical solutions
• Independently troubleshoot application defects, workflow issues, data problems, and configuration issues and implement appropriate remediation
• Develop minor and moderate application enhancements and support resolution of production incidents and service requests
• Support and troubleshoot ServiceNow integrations, REST APIs, import sets, transform maps, scheduled processes, and related interfaces
• Perform data imports, validation, cleanup, reconciliation, and quality assurance activities
• Participate in requirements analysis, estimation, unit testing, user acceptance testing, regression testing, deployment, and post-deployment validation
• Use ServiceNow SDLC capabilities to support user-story management, backlog refinement, sprint planning, Scrum activities, task tracking, testing, and delivery traceability
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and work with functional team members to refine user stories, acceptance criteria, technical tasks, and estimates
• Support ServiceNow and Nuvolo platform upgrades, patches, releases, regression testing, and remediation activities
• Review and validate configurations and development work to ensure compliance with established ServiceNow/Nuvolo/FAA development standards and best practices
• Prepare and maintain technical designs, configuration documentation, user guides, standard operating procedures, deployment documentation, test evidence, and knowledge articles
• Participate in knowledge-transfer activities and document existing FRAMES configurations, integrations, processes, system dependencies, and known issues
• Provide technical guidance and assistance to junior development resources as appropriat
• Follow GLT and client standards for security, accessibility, governance, configuration management, change control, and release management

Qualifications And Education Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, Math, Science, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered
• Minimum of three to seven (3-7) years of ServiceNow, enterprise application development, web development, application support, or business process automation experience
• Minimum of three (3) years of hands-on ServiceNow development and configuration experience
• Working knowledge of ServiceNow platform concepts including tables, forms, users, groups, roles, workflows, notifications, reports, dashboards, and application configuration
• Experience with JavaScript, ServiceNow Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, REST APIs, import sets, or transform maps
• Experience troubleshooting application defects, configuration issues, workflows, integrations, and data-related problems
• Familiarity with ServiceNow SDLC tools and Agile/Scrum delivery practices, including user stories, backlog management, sprint planning, tasks, acceptance criteria, and testing
• Experience with application testing, defect tracking, release activities, and software deployment processes
• Ability to interpret functional requirements and independently develop appropriate technical solutions
• Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, organization, problem-solving, and technical documentation skills
• Must be able to pass a federal background check or obtain a federal public trust clearance
• Must live in the United States and be authorized to work in the United States

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification or related ServiceNow development training
• Hands-on experience with Nuvolo applications
• Experience supporting federal government clients, particularly FAA or Department of Transportation environments
• Experience with enterprise asset management, facilities management, property management, work management, or related business processes
• Experience with ServiceNow SDLC/Agile capabilities used to manage user stories, Scrum teams, sprints, and application delivery
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations, REST APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, or similar integration technologies
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Visio, or similar collaboration and documentation tools
• Exposure to configuration management, change management, release management, accessibility, information management, or SOP development
