Job summary

Servco Leeward in Hawaii is seeking an Intermediate Parts associate to sell Toyota and Chevy parts to retail and wholesale customers. You’ll assist in-person and by phone, research and process orders, and provide parts illustrations while training newer staff.

The role requires high school graduation, 3+ years of intermediate automotive parts counter experience, and ASE P2 certification. Schedule includes multiple days with a weekday+weekend pattern. Equal opportunity employer.

Would you like to play an integral role supporting Hawaii’s top selling automotive brands? Our Intermediate Parts position at Servco Leeward is responsible for selling Toyota and Chevy parts to retail and wholesale customers.

• Processes all parts orders received in a timely manner
• Assists customers with questions and provides parts illustrations as needed
• Cuts and programs keys
• Builds relationships with customers over the phone in person
• Supports Beginner Parts staff by providing training on automotive parts knowledge and providing guidance on procedures
• Must be able to work front and back counter

Requirements:

• High School Graduate or equivalent
• Minimum three years of intermediate level automotive parts counter experience
• P2 ASE Certification
• Hazmat knowledge helpful
• Strong communication and customer relations skills
• Able to type at least 25 wpm
• Accurate 10 key skills by sight
• Microsoft Word and Excel skills a plus
• Ability to multitask, adjust to change, and meet deadlines
• Team player with strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Work Schedule:

• Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday from 7:00am - 5:30pm
