Servco Pacific Inc. in Hawaii seeks an Intermediate Parts Counter associate at Servco Leeward to sell Toyota and Chevy parts to retail and wholesale customers.

The role involves assisting customers in-person and by phone, researching and processing parts orders, and supporting training for Beginner Parts staff. You should have a high school diploma, at least three years of intermediate automotive parts counter experience, ASE certification, and strong communication.

Qualificações

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum three years of intermediate automotive parts counter experience.
• P2 ASE Certification.
• Hazmat knowledge helpful.
• Strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Able to type at least 25 wpm.
• Accurate 10 key by sight; MS Word and Excel skills a plus.
• Team player with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Assists wholesale/commercial customers in-person and on the phone with sales of Toyota and Chevy parts.
• Researches, orders, and follows-up on parts orders as needed.
• Processes all parts orders received in a timely manner.
• Assists customers with questions and provides parts illustrations as needed.
