RENAPS is currently looking for an ORACLE Database Administrator to join the USA Centre of Excellence team.

- Minimum experience of 4 years in Oracle database design and administration (11g, 12c a great asset)
- Participates in the design and maintenance of customer databases
- Experience as a primary database analyst for new projects/implementations
- Extensive troubleshooting, performance tuning skills and analyzing diagnostic reports AWR, ADDM, ASH and STATSPACK
- Data modelling, mapping, integration and capacity planning
- Respect for deadlines, emergency management
- Excellent ability to adapt to change
- Excellent analysis and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work on several projects simultaneously
- Experience with Oracle 10g, 11g, 12c, 18c & 19c
- French an asset
- Customer service oriented
- Ability to work in a team environment

Other Experiences and Assets for the Role :

- PostgreSQL or MySQL
- PeopleSoft , E-Business Suite (EBS, Oracle Apps)
- Platforms: Linux, AIX, MS Windows, Solaris
- Demonstrable experience with Oracle High Availability (RAC) Real Application Clusters & Data Guard
- Unix , Linux and MS-Windows shell scripting
