Job Overview

WSP is seeking an Intermediate Metrics/Air Emission Software Implementation Consultant to work remotely with our global Digital Solutions Team. You will collaborate with various clients across industries to develop and implement Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) and Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to gather technical details for software configuration.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, clients, and stakeholders professionally.
• Configure software according to specifications and verify through system testing.
• Create detailed documentation for testing and results verification.
• Design reports and dashboards using commercial software tools.
• Manage data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
• Demonstrate software capabilities and provide training and technical documentation.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT), data migration, and cleansing activities.
• Analyze large data sets and troubleshoot deployment issues.
• Manage project tasks, timelines, and communications.
• Support post-deployment activities and uphold company policies and ethics.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years of experience with software platforms related to environmental compliance, emissions, sustainability, or ESG metrics.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead junior team members.
• Experience with large data sets and spreadsheet tools.

Preferred:

• Degree in science, technology, engineering, meteorology, sustainability, or mathematics.
• Certifications in Data Science or Information Management.
• Bilingual abilities and experience with similar software like Intelex ACTS.

WSP offers comprehensive health and retirement benefits. Salary range: $65,400 - $107,910, with variations based on location and experience.
