Yoh, a Day & Zimmermann company, is seeking an Intermediate Materials Buyer for an onsite role in Gloucester, MA. This 12-month contract-to-hire position offers $30.00–$37.00 per hour plus full benefits.

You will negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers, manage non-strategic vendors, issue RFQs, and drive supplier selection while partnering with engineering, manufacturing and supply chain teams to keep materials flowing and costs under control.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of purchasing, procurement, or supply chain experience.
• Experience negotiating with vendors and managing supplier relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure.
• Solid understanding of inventory, logistics, and procurement strategies.
