Job summary

Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort and Spa in San Antonio, TX is seeking an intermediate line cook with hotel cooking experience and a culinary degree. You will work single stations and contribute to delivering high-quality dishes in a fast-paced resort kitchen.

Must be able to stand for long periods and maintain a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays. Training and supervision will be provided as you grow with Hyatt.

Qualifications

• Refined verbal communication skills.
• 2 years of line cook experience preferred.
• Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to perform basic cooking skills.
• Able to work single station in the kitchen.

Summary

Schedule Requirements:Must be available to work a flexible schedule during the week, including weekends and holidays.

Role

An intermediate line cook requires good communication and culinary skills. The desired cook candidate will have hotel cooking experience and a culinary degree. An intermediate cook should have a professional knowledge of cooking ingredients and procedures. Intermediate cook will work single stations in the kitchen and require significant supervision and training.
