Job summary

Diné Development Corporation (DDC) is seeking an Intermediate IA Analyst Lead to support the DES DODNet Migration MES-NET program. The role focuses on RMF compliance, ATO activities, vulnerability management, and security documentation for DoD networks and SIPR/NIPR endpoints.

The ideal candidate has 5 years IA experience, an active Secret clearance, IAM Level III (or ability to obtain), and a track record delivering secure migrations within DISA environments.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in information assurance/security.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience required.
• Active Secret clearance required; IAM Level III or ability to obtain.
• Knowledge of RMF, NIST, STIGs, and DoD cyber frameworks.
• Experience supporting ATO and accreditation activities.
• Strong written communication and documentation skills.
• Preferred: Security+, CASP+, CISSP, or equivalent.
• Experience in DISA environments and SIPR/NIPR migrations.
• Experience supporting migration or modernization programs.

• Assist with creation and maintenance of cybersecurity documentation.
• Support ATO package updates and security artifact collection.
• Perform security reviews and vulnerability remediation efforts.

• Support post-migration validation and cybersecurity scans.
• Assist with cybersecurity reporting and migration execution documentation.

NOVA-Dine is seeking an Intermediate Information Assurance (IA) Analyst - Lead to support cybersecurity execution efforts for the Defense Enclave Services (DES) DODNet Migration Execution Services (MES-NET) program. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring cybersecurity compliance throughout network infrastructure and SIPR endpoint migration activities. This position supports Risk Management Framework (RMF) initiatives, Authority to Operate (ATO) activities, vulnerability management, documentation development, POA&M tracking, and cybersecurity reporting associated with the migration of Department of Defense Fourth Estate organizations into DODNet. *This position is contingent upon contract need* Responsibilities: * Support RMF implementation activities across migration workstreams.

• Salary Range: $80,000 to $105,000 The compensation range listed for this position represents the good faith salary range Diné Development Corporation (DDC) and its subsidiaries reasonably expect to pay for the role, in accordance with applicable state and local pay transparency laws. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including the position's responsibilities, the candidate's education, experience, skills, internal equity, market considerations, and any applicable collective bargaining agreements or legal requirements.
