The RN will monitor patients, apply the nursing process, and collaborate with the care team to ensure safe, effective care. CT RN licensure and BLS are required; BSN preferred; compensation ranges from $36.15 to $59.95 per hour with

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing. BSN graduate preferred.
• Licensure: Current Licensure as a Registered Nurse RN in Connecticut
• Certification: CPR BLS (AHA/ARC)

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care for an assigned group of patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring and various interventions
• Uses the nursing process to assess needs, plan care, implement the plan, and evaluate the patient’s responses and progress toward goals
• Collaborates with colleagues, physicians, healthcare team members, and the patient and family to ensure safe, effective, and efficient care delivery
