Job summary

Johnson Memorial Hospital, part of Trinity Health Of New England, is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Intensive Care Unit to care for critically ill patients on a night shift. This is a full-time position with a 12-hour night rotation and requires an active Connecticut RN license.

The ICU RN will perform comprehensive assessments, develop care plans, and adjust complex medications and monitoring for hemodynamic stability.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing school.
• Valid RN License in Connecticut.

Responsibilities

• Assume responsibility for Critical Care Patients, conducting assessments, devising care plans, and adjusting critical drips to ensure hemodynamic stability and appropriate sedation levels.
• Attend to patients requiring advanced monitoring, heightened observation, utilization of invasive equipment, and administration of intricate medication regimens.
