Job summary

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• Less than 2 years of experience; 2–5 years preferred.
• Strong clinical critical thinking, communication, and cultural competence skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and develop individualized care plans per nursing standards.
• Assess patient needs, preferences, and barriers with cultural sensitivity.
• Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to the team; update care plans.
