Job summary

Northshore Home Health Care seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for the Surgical Transplant Intermediate Care Unit in Washington, DC. Registered Nurse — Surgical Transplant Intermediate Care Unit

Provide specialized, on-site nursing care for post-surgical and transplant patients who require close monitoring. Perform comprehensive patient assessments, administer medications and treatments, and monitor hemodynamics and telemetry to support safe, timely interventions.

Qualifications/Skills:
