Job summary

FullShift Staffing seeks a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in California to provide skilled nursing care for residents in Intermediate Care Facilities (ICF). Work closely with Direct Support Professionals to implement care plans in a small, close-knit community.

Facility Information:

• Our facilities are Intermediate Care Facilities for individuals with disabilities (ICF/DD-H and ICF/DD-N)
• Caregiver (DSP) to people supported ratio is usually 1:3, sometimes as high as 1:1 support
• Nursing caseload typically ranges from 6-15 residents
• Our home sizes are small, including 6-bed and 15-bed facilities
• High-acuity care is limited or prohibited by facility regulations
• Our Immediate Care Facilities provide wound care per licensing requirements, ranging from simple wounds to a maximum of stage I pressure ulcers
• Hospice care is very limited and is provided collaboratively with professional hospice care providers who come to our homes

Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Qualifications:
