Job summary

The Crowd in New York seeks an Intermediate Architectural Designer with 5+ years of experience in architecture or interiors to contribute to a diverse portfolio of award-winning projects. You will help develop concepts, create layouts, and coordinate across multidisciplinary teams to deliver design excellence.

Proficiency in Revit, Rhino, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Cloud is essential, with experience rendering in V-Ray or Enscape.

Qualifications

• Approximately 5+ years of professional experience across architecture or interiors.
• Professional degree in Architecture or a related discipline.
• Experience delivering projects across multiple phases, with built work experience preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Revit, Rhino, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Cloud and experience to render in V-Ray or Enscape.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and evolution of architectural concepts, layouts, and spatial design strategies across a range of project typologies.
• Produce coordinated design packages including drawings, 3D models, visual studies, presentations, and project documentation
• Collaborate closely with interior designers, project managers, and consultant teams to maintain design intent and support project delivery
• Contribute across project phases from early design through construction administration, assisting with technical coordination and documentation
• Develop presentation materials and visual content that communicate project ideas clearly for internal and client-facing reviews
