PARADE STAFFING represents a highly regarded NY architecture and interior design studio seeking an Intermediate Architectural Designer. The candidate will contribute to ground-up luxury residences and high-end interior architecture projects in New York, NY.

The role requires 2–6 years of professional experience, proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Rhino, and a strong sense of materials and craftsmanship. Collaboration with senior staff and consultants is essential in a design-driven studio.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• 2 to 6 years of professional experience, ideally within high-end residential architecture or design-focused studios.
• Experience with ground-up residential construction and interior architecture strongly preferred.
• Strong architectural design, detailing, and construction documentation skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Rhino. Experience with Enscape and Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
• Strong design sensibility and appreciation for materials, proportion, and craftsmanship.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and collaborative skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a creative, detail-oriented studio environment.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in all phases of design and documentation for ground-up luxury residential and interior architecture projects.
• Develop architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and detailed construction documents.
• Contribute to design development, 3D modeling, visualization, and presentation materials.
• Develop architectural details, custom elements, and material applications that support the overall design vision.
• Collaborate closely with senior architects, designers, consultants, and project teams.
• Assist with consultant coordination and construction administration.
• Maintain a high level of design quality, technical accuracy, and attention to detail throughout the project lifecycle.

The studio is seeking a talented Intermediate Architectural Designer with 2 to 6 years of professional experience to contribute to ground-up luxury residences and high-end interior architecture projects.
