Job summary

OLA is seeking an intermediate- to advanced-level architect (Project Manager or Senior Project Manager) to lead exciting new retail projects from schematic design to construction. You will work closely with senior staff and principals, receiving mentorship while growing in a fast-paced environment.

This in-office role prefers candidates located in New York City or nearby, with potential for occasional remote work during emergencies. Strong AutoCAD production and project management are essential.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in an architecture or design firm is required.
• Must have strong construction document production experience in AutoCAD (Revit also a plus).
• 3+ years of proven architectural project management experience.
• Experience leading small teams of junior architects/drafters.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Enscape, 3D Studio Max, Rhino, SketchUp and Vray proficiency a plus.
• Ability to confidently manage the major phases of architectural projects with relative independence and minimal supervisor input.
• Must have strong, clear communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to handle fast-paced projects and deadlines.

O’Neil Langan Architects is looking for an intermediate- or advanced-level architect (Project Manager or Senior Project Manager) to work with us on exciting new retail projects. This position is an in-office role. Our ideal candidates will be located in New York City or the immediate region, and will be able to work in-office at our Manhattan headquarters. Remote work may be arranged at times if emergency circumstances require it.

High proficiency in AutoCAD (production and understanding of construction documents) and a strong foundation in architectural project management are essential for this role.

Salary requirements - $70,000 - $100,000, depending on experience and skill set
