Coordinate withAccounts Payableclerk, including verifyingaccuracyof vendor invoices and employee expenses.
Prepareand filesales taxand GSTreturnfor Canada.
Prepare biweekly cash flow reports tomonitorcash on hand,assistin the projection ofcash inflows andoutflowsandproposetransfers to address cash demands.
AssistAccounts Receivable activities, includingclient onboarding,reviewing ofcontracts and clientinvoicing,and managing outstanding balances.
Coordinate month-end closing procedures, preparing journal entries,reconciliations,costallocationsand accruals for various accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Analyze financial data and provide insights to stakeholders,identifyingtrends, variances, and areas for improvement.
Supportduring external audits,assistingwithrequestsand providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Drive process improvements and automation initiatives within the accounting function,leveragingtechnologyand AIto enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Support members of the accounting teamand provide guidance.

Assistwith preparing Budget Vs Actual reporting.
Proficiencyin accounting principles and financial reporting requirements, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
