Job summary

The Talbot County Free Library is seeking an Interlibrary Loan / Circulation Clerk at the Easton Library. This full-time position (35 hours weekly) supports Interlibrary Loan and Circulation Desk duties, with evening and weekend shifts required.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of customer service or retail experience, or equivalent training. Salary range is $31,000–$36,000, with generous leave benefits.

Summary of Position:Reports to: Interlibrary Loan Coordinator or Circulation Supervisor; depending upon duties being performed. This position assists with Interlibrary Loan and Circulation Desk activities at the Easton Library. The work schedule will include shifts in the evening and on weekends.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School diploma or G.E.D.
• 1 year or more of customer service or retail experience.
• Or equivalent technical training, education, and experience.x
