Singer Vehicle Design in Torrance, CA is seeking an Interior Trim Installer to join our team. You will install headliners, insulate, and fit interior panels within the vehicle chassis, ensuring precise fits and finishes on Porsche 911 restorations.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of experience in automotive interiors or related fields, with a passion for meticulous craftsmanship. Onsite role with a Monday–Friday, 5am–1:30pm schedule and occasional overtime; benefits and growth opportunities

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience working with interiors in automotive, aerospace, or marine environments.
• Passion for precision and problem-solving in a production setting.
• Certification or technical automotive program is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Fit and modify raw and finished parts and panels to tolerance inside the vehicle chassis.
• Install insulation, headliners, and finished panels inside the vehicle chassis.
• Assemble various finished components to complete sub-assemblies.
• Coordinate with Lead and Production Supervisor to meet production schedules.
• Maintain high standards under a fast-paced automotive environment.

Why You’ll Love This Role:

• You will prepare chassis for interior install, install headliners, fit, modify , and install interior components in a manner that demonstrates , “Everything is Important.”

What You’ll Do:

• P artner with Lead and Production Supervisor to ensure production demands meets the specified production schedule
• We’re seeking 1-3 years of experience working with interiors in automotive aerospace and/or marine environment .
• Bonus points for a certification and/or technical automotive program and/or experience in a rapid growth environment.

Location & Schedule:

This is an onsite role in Torrance, California and the schedule is Monday-Friday 5am-1:30pm with overtime.

The starting pay range for this position is between $22.73 - 33.39 per hour plus bonus. Actual compensation will be determined by skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
