Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a technical area or equivalent experience and training.
• Minimum 3+ years of related experience in Project Management.
• Minimum 3 years experience in Commercial Drywall Industry.
• Experience overseeing drywall, drywall installation, interior finishes, metal framing, and acoustical ceiling in commercial buildings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project-related software; knowledge of Viewpoint is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Manage day-to-day operations of commercial metal stud, drywall, and acoustical ceiling crews.
• Interpret project plans, specifications, and details for subcontractors and craft persons.
• Review, create, submit quality estimates with detailed proposals.
• Prepare high level quantity and manpower take-offs.
• Implement the pre-construction quality plan.
• Coordinate the packaging, manage, track, review and processing of submittals.
