Job summary

Wilshire at Lakewood & Seasons Rehab and Healthcare Center is seeking a dependable Float Project Technician with professional painting experience. You will support interior painting, room renovations, paint preparation, touch-ups, and general facility improvement projects at two healthcare facilities located nearby.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to travel between facilities, and comfortable working independently in a healthcare setting around residents, families, and staff.

Qualifications

Previous professional painting experience is required.
Experience with interior painting and surface preparation.
Reliable and detail-oriented with own transport for travel between two facilities.

Responsibilities

Complete interior painting in resident rooms, common areas, hallways, and offices.
Perform prep tasks: patching, sanding, caulking, taping, priming.
Finish touch-ups and maintain high-quality appearance.
Assist with room renovations and remodeling projects.
Support maintenance and general repairs as needed.
Move and protect furniture/equipment for renovations.
Coordinate with facility leadership on priorities and timelines.
Travel between Wilshire at Lakewood and Seasons Rehab as required.
Communicate progress and concerns to leadership.
