Job summary

3North in Richmond, VA is seeking one Interior Design Intern for Spring 2027. This paid, in‑office internship offers hands‑on experience within a Unified Design Studio and real client projects, with exposure to hospitality, cultural, residential, and commercial markets.

You will work closely with interior designers, architects, and landscape architects, contributing to the design process from concept through execution and gaining experience across disciplines in a collaborative studio setting.

From day one, you’ll be immersed in our open‑studio culture, working side by side with interior designers, architects, and landscape architects. You’ll gain exposure to projects across hospitality, cultural, residential, and commercial markets—actively participating in the design process from concept through execution.
