Job summary

Tiello is seeking an experienced Commercial Interiors Estimator in Savannah, GA. You will prepare accurate estimates for commercial interior projects, focusing on metal stud framing, drywall, insulation, and acoustical ceilings, using OST and Quick Bid.

Responsibilities include reviewing plans, pricing labor and materials, evaluating risks, and coordinating with sales, project management, and field leaders to ensure on-time submissions. DOE consideration applies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial interiors estimating experience, particularly metal stud framing, drywall, and acoustical ceilings.
• Proficiency with OST and Quick Bid is required.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong knowledge of interior construction materials, labor, and installation methods.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma/GED required; construction-related degree preferred.

• Price labor, materials, equipment, production rates, waste, and other project costs.
• Identify scope gaps, conflicts, constructability concerns, and project risks.
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing.
• Prepare proposals, alternates, exclusions, qualifications, and value-engineering options.
• Manage multiple bids and ensure accurate, on-time submissions.
• Collaborate with sales, project management, field leadership, and executives.
• Prepare complete project turnover packages for awarded work.

Job Title: Commercial Interiors Estimator

Location: Savannah, GA

Compensation: $70K-$75K Base Salary + Performance-Based Bonus, DOE

Position Overview

Tiello is partnered with an established commercial interiors contractor seeking an experienced Commercial Interiors Estimator. This role will prepare accurate and competitive estimates for commercial interior projects, with a focus on metal stud framing, drywall, insulation, and acoustical ceilings.

Proven experience with On-Screen Takeoff (OST) and Quick Bid is required.

Key Responsibilities
