Job summary

Maharam, a leading textiles interiors company, seeks a dynamic Sales professional to drive client relationships, present product lines, and manage project opportunities across a designated client roster and geography. The role involves travel, entertaining clients, and developing pricing and delivery strategies in collaboration with internal teams.

The ideal candidate will have a design-related degree, strong communication skills, and the ability to multi-task while upholding Maharam protocols.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design preferred.
• Sales experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Travel to client locations.
• Develop ongoing relationships with clients to ensure brand awareness and project involvement.
• Entertain clients through meals, events, and industry functions.
• Present new Maharam products to clients for interior finishes.
• Handle product involvement with specifying clients, end-users, and buyers.
• Provide product information and develop pricing/delivery strategies.
• Maintain resource library and Maharam sampling inventories.
• Supervise inside sales support and sales coordinator.
• Maintain client database management.
