Job summary

MillerKnoll is seeking a sales professional to drive Edelman, Knoll Textiles, and Maharam product sales to a defined client roster. You will travel to client locations, cultivate ongoing relationships to ensure brand awareness and project involvement, and present new Maharam finishes.

This role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to manage pricing, delivery, and installation challenges while maintaining client data and supporting inside sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; interior design is preferred.
• Sales experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to multitask and manage client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Travel to client locations.
• Develop ongoing relationships with clients to ensure brand awareness and project involvement.
• Entertain clients by meals, events, and industry functions.
• Present new Maharam products to clients specifying interior finishes via the EASIER acronym.
• Handle product/project involvement with specifying clients, end-users, and buyers.
• Provide product information and develop pricing and delivery strategies.
• Maintain resource library and merchandising of Maharam sampling.
• Supervise inside sales support and maintain client databases.
• Magnitude and relationship reporting.
• Report to Manager, Regional Sales; may receive direction from VP, Sales.
