Job summary

MillerKnoll is seeking a client relations professional to develop ongoing relationships with firms and individuals, ensuring brand awareness and project involvement. You will travel to client locations and present Maharam products with technical detail to support interiors.

Entertainment of clients, managing sampling libraries, and coordinating pricing/delivery are core duties. A bachelor’s degree and sales exposure are preferred, with compensation in the $50k–$70k range.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent; interior design is preferred.
• Sales experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and organization skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Travel to client locations.
• Develop ongoing relationships with clients to ensure brand awareness and project involvement.
• Entertain clients by meals, events, and industry functions.
• Present Maharam products to clients specifying interior finishes via EASIER acronym.
• Handle product/project involvement with specifying clients, end-users, and buying customers.
• Provide product information and pricing strategy, delivery, and installation dates.
• Maintain resource library for sampled clients and Maharam sampling for all libraries.
• Supervise inside sales support of sales coordinator.
• Maintain client data base management.
