Job summary

Dassault Falcon Jet Reno is seeking an Aircraft Interior Technician to fabricate, assemble, and install interior components in aircraft. You will read sketches or 3D models, and perform functional checks and tests on installed systems.

The role requires working with various interior fittings, carpets, and seats, while ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to 5S and tool-control standards. This is an on-site Reno, NV position with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• At least one year of basic carpentry or related experience.
• Ability to read sketches or 3D models.
• Proficient with drills, belt, disc and drum sanders and other hand tools.
• Physical and muscular dexterity to install interior components.
• Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs., with or without accommodation.
• Able to work in standing position, bending, and moving repeatedly.
• Must be able to access aircraft using stationary stairs.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, assemble, and install products like window panels, headliners, decorative panels, and access panels with high quality.
• Perform functional checks and adjustments on installed systems (drawers, racks, doors, curtains, tables).
• Install and fit carpeting and test cockpit and cabin seats.
• Set up and operate standard shop equipment.
• Complete tasks within allocated budgets and schedules while maintaining quality.
• Adhere to safety and regulatory requirements and company rules (Tool Control, 5S).
• Assist others as required.

Join Dassault Falcon Jet Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) facility in Reno, Nevada.

Responsibilities:

• Fabricate,assemble,andinstallproductslikewindowpanels,headliners,decorativepanels,andaccesspanelswiththehighestlevelofqualityandcraftsmanship.
• Performfunctionalchecksandadjustmentsoninstalledsystemssuchasdrawers,magazineracks,doors,curtains,andtables.

This position is eligible for tech leveling to reflect varying levels of experience

Compensation and Benefits:

The compensation for this position typically falls between $28 and $38 per hour .This position is eligible for tech leveling to reflect varying levels of experience. This position is eligible for overtime and may be eligible for shift differential or relocation assistance. Note, the final compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of relevant experience, Falcon-specific experience, relevant education/certifications, geographic location, and shift.
