Job summary

GH Engage in New York City is seeking a Superintendent to take full field ownership of interior-focused projects, including corporate offices, retail, hospitality, healthcare, and institutional interiors.

You will drive sequencing, safety, and quality on fast-moving interior builds while coordinating trades and MEP components to tight schedules. A background with NYC DOB compliance and a track record of delivery is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience leading commercial interior fit-outs, tenant improvements, or high-spec renovations as a Superintendent.
• Background with a GC, CM, or developer-side construction team in NYC.

Responsibilities

• Own field operations from mobilization through final turnover.
• Drive sequencing, logistics, safety, and quality on fast-moving interior projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades, vendors, and site personnel daily.
• Manage MEP rough-in, finishes, and commissioning against tight schedules.
• Work with PMs, design teams, clients, and building management to stay in the loop.
