Michael Page is seeking a Commercial Interior Superintendent for Manhattan, NY. You will oversee all on-site construction activities from mobilization through closeout, coordinating subcontractors and building management teams to deliver high-end corporate interior projects.

The successful candidate has 5+ years as a superintendent in commercial interiors, proven experience with office fit-outs and tenant improvements, and a strong grasp of NYC construction practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Superintendent in commercial interiors.
• Experience delivering office fit-outs and tenant improvements.
• Strong knowledge of NYC construction practices and renovations.
• Ability to manage multiple trades and subcontractors.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience on Manhattan projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site construction activities from mobilization through closeout.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and building management teams.
• Manage project schedules and milestone completion.
• Conduct daily site walks and maintain quality control standards.
• Enforce site safety procedures and OSHA compliance.
• Attend project meetings and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve field-related issues proactively.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
