A leading architecture firm in Denver is seeking a full-time Interior Project Architect with 3-5 years of experience in Interior Architectural Design and Project Management. The role involves managing small to large scale Commercial projects and includes a competitive salary and excellent benefits. Candidates must be proficient in Construction Administration and familiarity with MacOS and ArchiCAD is preferred.

Job description

An outstanding, full-time opening has become available in the Denver, CO area for an individual with 5-years’ experience as an Interior Project Architect with a background in Commercial projects. This position would earn a generous base salary and great benefits package including medical benefits, a 401K w/ matching, PTO and other outstanding perks.

All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration

• Please DO NOT APPLY unless you have 3-5+ years of Interior Architectural Design AND Project Management experience from conception to completion
• Demonstrated experience working with small to large scale Commercial projects i.e., Office spaces, Warehouses, etc. (5k-30k sqft) is a MUST
• Construction Administration responsibilities including scheduling, managing budgets, conducting onsite inspections, consulting with clients, responding to RFI’s and submittals etc. is a MUST
• Experience with MacOS and ArchiCAD is HIGHLY PREFERRED

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture is a BIG PLUS
