Interior/Exterior Designer

Job Description

• Design the interior and exterior of restaurant buildings
• Sketch Preliminary architectural design drawings
• Draw rough and detail scale plans
• Collaborate with team members to determine how interior space will function
• Creative Design

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, or related field is preferred
• 8 - 10 years’ experience in restaurant design/construction is a MUST
• Strong experience with AutoCAD, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop & Sketchup are a MUST
• Knowledge of federal, state and local regulatory requirements
• Proficient in reading and understanding construction documents.
• Experience with MS Office Suite, excel, PowerPoint and PMP
• Revit is a big plus
