Job Description

Cape Fox Property Management (CFPM) is seeking an experienced maintenance laborer / painter to perform interior painting. This is a temporary position offering approximately 40 hours per week (Monday - Friday) for an estimated 2-month duration. The employee will work within the CFPM Maintenance Department team to complete the painting project.

1. Professionally paint interior of building
2. Perform associated painting tasks such as taping and covering areas, removing hardware, etc.
3. Load and unload painting supplies
4. Maintain a safe and organized worksite, adhering to safety protocols and regulations
5. Support maintenance team members to achieve project goal and complete tasks on schedule
6. Communicate to supervisor any identified issues

1. Basic knowledge of maintenance and painting techniques
2. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
3. Physical stamina and strength to perform painting tasks
