Job summary

Botanical Designs seeks an Interior Operations Manager in Saint Paul, MN to lead interior plant maintenance and install crews, ensuring high-quality service and on-time delivery across key accounts.

You will oversee scheduling, labor forecasting, safety compliance, and collaboration with Account Managers, Sales and Design teams, while mentoring technicians and field leaders to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of operations leadership in landscaping or interiorscaping.
• Proven ability to lead field crews and deliver high-touch service.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations for interior plant maintenance and install crews.
• Oversee scheduling, routing, and labor forecasting to maximize crew efficiency.
• Manage and mentor a team of technicians, crewleaders, and install specialists.
