Job summary

Four Seasons Greenery seeks an Interior Maintenance Horticulture Technician to perform landscape maintenance tasks at our Chelmsford location. You will groom plants, check soil moisture, and keep tools organized while delivering courteous service to clients.

This full-time role requires at least one year of horticultural education or equivalent experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to operate in an urban environment. Medical, dental, vision, 401K, and PTO are offered.

Qualifications

• One year of horticultural education or equivalent experience is required.
• Knowledge of tropical plants is preferred.
• A valid Driver's License and clean driving record are required.

Responsibilities

• Grooming and trimming plants to maintain healthy appearance.
• Probe soil for appropriate moisture levels and adjust care.
• Clean plants with duster, hand washing or spraying as needed.
• Keep track of tools on the job site and report needs.
• Drive in downtown urban areas and maintain the work vehicle.
• Install small replacements plants and flowers as needed.
