Job summary

GardaWorld Security Services is seeking an Interior Foot Patrol Security Guard to provide customer-focused security in environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. The role emphasizes welcoming visitors, verifying identities, managing access, and conducting patrols to mitigate risks.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must be available to work all three shifts.
• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to provide High School Diploma or GED documentation.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills.
• Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience is a plus.
• State license if required.

Responsibilities

• Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors.
• Manage access control.
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.

As a Foot Patrol Security Guard, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

• Set schedule: Thurs./Fri 12:00am-8:00am | Sat 8:00am-4:00pm | Sun/Mon 4:00pm-12:00am
