Interior Designer - Technical Documentation Focused

We're seeking a Technical Interior Designer to join our client's highly respected luxury residential design studio, known for creating timeless, sophisticated homes. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with an experienced design team to produce detailed construction documentation, develop 3D models, and support projects from concept through completion. As a technically focused Interior Designer, you will play a critical role in transforming creative design concepts into detailed, accurate, and buildable environments. You will lead the development of technical documentation, construction drawings, elevations, sections, millwork details, and SketchUp models while ensuring quality, consistency, and constructability throughout the design process. Working closely with the Studio Director, Senior Designer, consultants, and vendors, you will support projects from concept through completion, contributing to design development, material selections, visualizations, and project coordination.
