Responsibilities

• Provide design and documentation of interior spaces including floor plans, finishes, elevations, and room finishes.
• Facilitate LMU space standards and code compliance; make space allocation recommendations.
• Assist with presentations for clients and with CAD drafting tasks.
• Assist and input for space management CAFM program; coordinate with project managers.
• Solicit vendor estimates and obtain funding approvals prior to implementation.
• Track requests and provide weekly or bi-weekly status updates to requestors.
