You will provide showroom design services, assist clients in finish, color customization and style options, and generate sales through in-store and in-home consultations while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Take a consultative selling approach to build customer relationships.
• Provide showroom design services for furniture, accessories and rug selection including finish, color customization and style options.
• Proven sales record.
• Generate sales from in-store and in-home consultations.
• Develop expert product knowledge on merchandise.
• Excellent listening, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a team.
• Collaborate on social media posts.

Responsibilities

• Sell furniture and assist customers in-showroom and in-home consultations.
• Provide in-showroom design services for furniture, accessories and rug selection.
• Maintain the appearance of the showroom at all times.
• Attend weekly store meetings and individual meetings.
• Develop knowledge of store procedures and computer systems.
• Collaborate on social media content for marketing.
