Base pay range

$75,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience, architectural and interior design with strong design skills
• Professional degree in Architecture or Interior Design (BS/BA/BFA/MA/MFA)
• Experience in all phases of design and construction
• Experience in medium to large scale projects
• Professional experience with Revit
• Proficiency in using rendering software to create detailed 3D visualizations and models of interior spaces
• Proficiencies with Adobe, Sketchup, Rhino, AutoCAD Enscape, Lumion and Bluebeam (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Participates in Projects of all sizes and levels of complexity
• Responsible for schematic design work and design leadership
• Participates in the design control and documentation of projects in the design development, construction document, and supervision phases
• Office space planning and furniture systems planning
• Strong ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure project execution
• Responsible for project budget management and cost control
