Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design or a degree from a technical college.
• 3–5 years of experience or equivalent.
• Proficient with Revit, AutoCAD, MS Office, Bluebeam Revu, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be physically present in a Gray office.

Responsibilities

• Produce interior details for construction documents inclusive of specialty finish installation and casework.
• Perform site survey, field measurements and documentation.
• Create presentations and construction documents for customers, construction personnel, sub-consultants and design-build subcontractors to convey design intent.
• Assist in administration, review, and coordination of project submittals.
• Develop innovative design concepts which are practical, aesthetic, safe, functional, and within project budget.
• Other duties may be assigned.
