Job summary

Hybrid work format (3 days in office; 2 days remote) and collaboration with clients to shape environments that enhance everyday living, learning, and working.

Qualifications

• Five years or more of interior design or architecture experience.
• NCIDQ certification preferred.
• Proficient in SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Experience creating 3D renderings, presentations, and other project visuals.
• Knowledge of building codes and ADA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design spaces that are aesthetically pleasing and functional.
• Develop human-centered sustainable spaces.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Coordinate finishes, specifications, and materials for construction.
• Provide design documentation and support during construction.
• Coordinate with consultants and fabricators to meet project goals.
• Produce plan elevations and detail drawings for construction documents.
• Support construction administration including submittals and punch lists.
